About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing initiatives in Leeds . This critical role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will manage a diverse range of channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to lead and inspire a marketing team within a collaborative and innovative company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, display advertising).
- Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, driving engagement and community growth.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and conversion.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role, with a strong track record of success.
- Expert knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
