About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, capable of managing multiple campaigns and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media networks to achieve target ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Lead and mentor a remote marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior digital marketing role, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong experience in managing large-scale digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging marketing copy and present complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a remote team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
