Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead their online presence initiatives from a remote capacity. This role is perfect for an experienced digital marketer who is passionate about the arts and wants to leverage their skills to increase engagement, ticket sales, and brand awareness for a leading arts organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation, all aimed at reaching and engaging target audiences across various online platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the arts sector from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and ticket sales.
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating compelling content and engaging with online communities.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads), optimizing for ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Analyze marketing performance data, generating reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the arts or a related creative industry.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing , and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for the arts.
