About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Oxford . You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to achieve business objectives, contributing to a dynamic and growing marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing messages are aligned with brand voice and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
