You will lead a team of drilling personnel on-site, making critical decisions in real-time to manage risks and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily drilling operations on the rig site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor drilling progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage drilling equipment, inventory, and resources effectively to maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate with onshore support teams, including drilling engineers and geologists.
• Mentor and develop junior drilling staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in drilling operations, with a significant portion in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing safe and efficient drilling operations .
• Strong knowledge of well control principles, drilling fluids, and cementing techniques.
• Certifications such as IWCF Level 3 or higher are essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
