Senior E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior E-commerce Analyst to join their fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions for our client's online business. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize the e-commerce platform, marketing campaigns, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to website traffic, sales, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key e-commerce metrics and trends for stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalization strategies based on data analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer segmentation, lifetime value, and churn to inform retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT) to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on online retail analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and CRO principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a remote team environment and managing projects independently, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving analytical challenges.
