About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their online growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the ideal candidate the flexibility to work from home anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our client's e-commerce platform. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a data-driven approach, and the ability to inspire and manage a team, contributing significantly to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, web development) to ensure a seamless customer journey and cohesive brand experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years specifically focused on e-commerce marketing management.
- Proven track record of successfully driving significant revenue growth for e-commerce businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
