Senior Educational Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and insightful Senior Educational Consultant to join their dynamic team on a contract basis, based in Southampton . In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and educational technology to advise schools and educational institutions on enhancing their teaching and learning strategies. You will conduct needs assessments, develop tailored recommendations, and support the implementation of innovative educational solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational institutions' current practices, identifying areas for improvement in curriculum, pedagogy, and technology integration.
• Develop customized strategic plans and recommendations for enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance and training to educators and administrators on implementing new educational strategies and technologies.
• Design and facilitate workshops and professional development sessions for teachers and school leaders.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing ongoing support and adjustments.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in education, adapting recommendations to meet evolving needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in educational leadership, teaching, or consulting.
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational assessment.
• Strong understanding of educational technology tools and their effective application in the classroom.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and develop data-driven recommendations.
