Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consultancy projects for educational clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Develop strategic plans, policy recommendations, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior educational leaders.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Education, Policy, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in educational consulting, policy development, or senior leadership within an educational institution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering strategic advice.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in areas such as curriculum reform, quality assurance, or institutional strategy.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, while also working effectively remotely from Edinburgh .
