About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Educational Psychologist to join their dedicated team, operating on a fully remote basis. This crucial role involves providing expert psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation services to support the educational and emotional well-being of students across various settings. You will collaborate closely with educational institutions, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored strategies that address learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of children and adolescents to identify learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support plans.
• Provide consultation and training to educators, parents, and support staff on psychological principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support and advocacy.
• Contribute to service development, research, and quality improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Requirements

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology.
• Professional registration as an Educational Psychologist (e.g., HCPC in the UK).
• Significant post-qualification experience in a relevant setting.
• Expertise in psychometric assessment, intervention strategies, and report writing.
• Excellent remote communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of autonomy.
