Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring robust performance and adherence to specifications.
• Create detailed schematics, board layouts, and system architectures for new products.
• Select and qualify electrical components, considering performance, cost, and supply chain factors.
• Conduct thorough design verification, simulation, and testing to ensure product reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in analogue and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and power management.
• Proficiency with advanced ECAD tools and simulation software (e.g., Altium Designer, PSpice).
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong teamwork capabilities.
