Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and analysis for grid connection projects, ensuring compliance with grid codes and standards.

• Develop technical specifications for electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and protection relays.
• Collaborate with grid operators, project developers, and equipment suppliers to facilitate project approvals and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues related to grid integration and power system stability.
• Mentor junior electrical engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on grid connection of renewable energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP) and grid codes.
• Experience with protection schemes, fault analysis, and power quality assessment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
