Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex power system analysis, including load flow, fault studies, and stability simulations, leveraging remote access tools.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams, including software engineers, data analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on power grid infrastructure.
• Proven experience with grid modernization concepts, renewable energy integration, and smart grid technologies.
• Proficiency in power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, CYME) and experience with digital engineering tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
