Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical hardware, from conceptualization through to production release.
• Specify, select, and integrate electrical components, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform detailed electrical analysis, including power budget, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee testing and validation activities for electrical designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design and development.
• Strong expertise in schematic capture, PCB design principles, and firmware development is a plus.
• Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, ANSYS) and common lab equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results effectively in a remote work environment.
