Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, from conceptualization through to final implementation.
• Conduct thorough electrical system analysis , simulations, and testing to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and testing reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design and development.
• Proven expertise in circuit design , power electronics, and control systems.
• Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE) and schematic capture tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
