An established, independent building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical design across a broad portfolio: commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, leisure, student accommodation, historic and public buildings.
Two ways to work
- From their Buckinghamshire office (near High Wycombe and Aylesbury) with hybrid working and a car allowance, or

The role

- Attend client and design team meetings, often as the lead electrical representative
- Develop system options, plant space planning and early budget costings
- Carry out design calculations: lighting, cable sizing, distribution boards, load assessments
- Produce tender-quality drawings in AutoCAD / Revit
- Survey existing installations and liaise with utility companies on new supplies
- Support contractors through construction, including coordination and snagging
What you'll bring
