Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed electrical system analysis , simulations, and testing to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate electrical components seamlessly.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, schematics, and test reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical design and system engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools such as AutoCAD Electrical , MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, and electronic circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative team environment and manage projects independently.
