About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Oversee and conduct testing and validation procedures to guarantee system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues that arise during design, development, or implementation phases.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on system design and project leadership.
• Proficiency in CAD software and electrical simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
