About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver key electrical engineering projects in Bristol . You will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of projects, from planning and design through to execution and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical components.
• Oversee the design and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site inspections, commissioning activities, and final project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within the electrical sector.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Experience in risk assessment and management for engineering projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
