Senior Employee Relations Lead (Hybrid, Remote)

InvitISE Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join on a hybrid, permanent basis. You will report to the Head of Employee Relations, allocate casework, and line-manage ER Advisors while stepping in during absences.

You'll provide specialist advice to senior leaders on complex ER matters, ensure processes are fair and legally sound, develop HR policies, and deliver training. Some office attendance in Cambridge is required.
