Senior Employee Relations Manager - Hybrid (Public Sector)

Invitise is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager for a leading public sector organisation based in Cambridge. This hybrid, permanent role offers £50,000–£56,500 per year plus great benefits.

You will act as deputy to the Head of Employee Relations, allocate casework and line-manage ER Advisors, stepping in when required. You will advise senior managers on employment law, develop policy, deliver training and represent management at panels and tribunals, while driving workforce improvement
