Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of estate agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as an Estate Agent , with at least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Excellent understanding of the local Aberdeen property market trends and dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
