Key Responsibilities

• Lead geological interpretation of regional and project-scale data, including geophysical surveys, remote sensing, and geochemical analysis.
• Develop and manage exploration targets, conceptual models, and drilling programs.
• Analyze exploration data to assess resource potential, risks, and economic viability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (geophysicists, engineers, project managers) in a remote setting.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and geological summaries for management.
• Stay abreast of new exploration technologies and methodologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in geological exploration, with a strong track record of discovery.
• Expertise in deposit modeling, structural geology, and exploration geochemistry.
• Proficiency with geological software packages and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects remotely with minimal supervision.
