Senior Mining Geologist

This role is vital for guiding exploration strategies, resource definition, and geological modeling within diverse mining projects . You will leverage your expertise to interpret complex geological data, identify new targets, and contribute significantly to the company's resource portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Lead geological exploration programs, including target generation, data acquisition, and interpretation.
• Develop and validate detailed 3D geological models for resource estimation and mine planning.
• Conduct core logging, mapping, and geochemical/geophysical data analysis to define mineralization.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and geological summaries for management and investors.
• Collaborate effectively with other geoscientists, engineers, and external consultants in a virtual environment.
• Mentor junior geological staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of geological methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Geology or a related Earth Science discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in exploration and/or mine geology, with a strong emphasis on the mining industry .
• Demonstrated expertise in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine).
• Proven ability in resource estimation and geological reporting according to international standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration .
