Key Responsibilities

• Apply individual eyelash extensions, volume lashes, and other lash enhancement services with precision and artistry.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired lash styles, assess natural lash health, and ensure client suitability.
• Perform lash fills, removals, and provide aftercare advice to clients.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards and sterilize all equipment and tools.
• Mentor and train junior eyelash technicians, providing feedback and skill development support.
• Stay updated on the latest lash trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry.

Requirements

• Certification from a reputable Eyelash Extension training program.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an eyelash technician.
• Proven expertise in classic, volume, and mega volume lash application.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to fine detail.
• Strong understanding of lash adhesives, materials, and safety protocols.
• Good communication and customer service skills to build client rapport.
