As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to training junior technicians and upholding the studio's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction in a dedicated beauty environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and artistry, ensuring symmetry and a flawless finish.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to discuss their preferences, eye shape, and desired lash styles.
• Perform lash fills and removals safely and efficiently.
• Provide clients with clear aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity.
• Maintain strict hygiene protocols for tools, workspace, and client safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified Eyelash Technician .
• Proficiency in various eyelash extension techniques (e.g., classic, volume, mega volume).
• Knowledge of different lash materials and adhesives.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong client communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification from a reputable eyelash extension training provider.
