About the Role
Our client, a highly reputable beauty salon in Southampton , is looking for an experienced Senior Eyelash Technician to lead their lash services department. This role involves applying semi-permanent eyelash extensions, performing lash lifts and tints, and potentially offering other related treatments within the Beauty & Wellness sector. As a senior member of the team, you will also be involved in mentoring junior technicians and upholding the salon's high standards of artistry and client care. Key Responsibilities
- Apply a variety of eyelash extension techniques, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes.
- Perform lash lift and tint treatments to enhance clients' natural lashes.
- Conduct detailed consultations to determine clients' desired look and suitability for treatments.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols during all procedures.
- Provide clients with aftercare advice to maintain the longevity and quality of their lash extensions.
- Assist in training and supervising junior eyelash technicians, ensuring consistent quality.
- Stay current with new techniques, products, and trends in the lash industry.
Requirements
- Certification in eyelash extension application (e.g., Nouveau Lashes, London Lash, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Eyelash Technician.
- Demonstrated expertise in classic, hybrid, and volume lash application.
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic flair.
- Strong client communication and consultation skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and client safety.
