We are recruiting a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in London on a permanent basis.**About the Role:**As a CBRE Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.**What You’ll Do:**• Work with landlords, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.• Arrange PPM’s as per the office PPM planner.• Request, review & submit quotations to the client for extra works & remedials.• Conduct floor walks to identify building deficiencies and areas of improvement.• Facilitate 3rd party invoicing process. Gather invoices from subcontractors, verify accuracy and submit to accounts payable.• Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders in alignment with KPI response times.• Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.• File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.• Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.• Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes.**What You’ll Need:**• 2-4 years of relevant job experience• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.• Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal English.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
