About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Facilities Engineer to join their global operations team, operating entirely remotely . This role focuses on overseeing the design, construction, maintenance, and operational efficiency of offshore and onshore facilities for the Oil & Gas industry . You will provide expert technical guidance and project management for facility upgrades and new builds, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, engineering, and execution of facility projects, including topsides, pipelines, and processing plants.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the integrity and reliability of operational facilities.
• Manage capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
• Ensure all facility operations comply with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for facility upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities engineering or project management within the Oil & Gas sector .
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of offshore/onshore facility design, construction, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team collaboration skills.
