This role is integral to shaping the final narrative and visual impact of their film and video projects, ensuring a compelling and polished final product. You will work with raw footage to craft stories, establish pacing, and integrate sound and music effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling narratives, ensuring smooth pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand the creative vision and deliver accordingly.
• Select the best takes, sequences, and shots to align with the script and overall story arc.
• Incorporate sound effects, music, and dialogue, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality audio mixing.
• Perform color correction and grading to achieve the desired visual aesthetic and consistency.
• Manage project files, organize footage, and maintain an efficient post-production workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Film Editor , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, and pacing in film.
• Experience with color grading tools and audio mixing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of footage.
