Key Responsibilities

• Edit feature films, documentaries, and promotional content, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow and pacing.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand their creative vision and translate it into the final edit.
• Perform intricate cuts, transitions, and colour grading to enhance the visual storytelling.
• Manage and organize large volumes of footage, maintaining meticulous project files and backups.
• Stay abreast of the latest editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
• Provide creative feedback and suggestions during the post-production process to elevate the final product.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Film Editor , with a strong portfolio showcasing narrative feature films.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Demonstrated understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience with colour correction and grading tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
