Senior Finance Manager

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with an exciting, growing business to recruit a Senior Finance Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, leading the production of monthly management accounts while providing valuable commercial insight and partnering closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial reporting, month-end processes and financial controls.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Developing commercial models to support pricing, profitability and business growth.
• Managing payroll, financial systems and compliance across UK and US entities.
• Supporting and developing the wider finance team.
• Providing strategic financial advice and partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a confident finance professional with strong management accounting, commercial and leadership experience, alongside a proactive approach to improving processes and driving business performance.

Ideally candidates will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, but those who are qualified by experience and have relevant knowledge will also be considered.
