Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions to management.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within financial operations.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the business.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role, ideally within the Banking & Finance industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and corporate finance.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
