You will play a crucial part in driving financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities

Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Conduct thorough variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to management.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Evaluate investment opportunities and perform due diligence on potential mergers and acquisitions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform financial strategy.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and UK financial regulations .
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
