Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability, variance, and trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and investment appraisal processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial planning software is a plus.
