About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team, supporting operations remotely. You will be involved in complex financial modeling, forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis, collaborating closely with senior leadership and various business units. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business objectives.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key financial metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing re-forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide financial support and guidance.
• Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for remote collaboration .
