Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful explanations for deviations from planned financial performance.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data and propose strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment .
