Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flight plans, considering factors such as weather, air traffic control, aircraft performance, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure strict adherence to all national and international aviation regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, dispatch, and customer service, to facilitate smooth flight operations.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or a similar aviation role.
• In-depth knowledge of flight planning software, meteorology, and air traffic control procedures.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-A, Part-CAT).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, particularly under pressure.
