Senior Foreman

Senior Foreman – Civil Engineering / Water Location: North West | United Utilities projects Employer: Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to oversee site operations on civil engineering projects within the United Utilities framework. Working closely with the Site Agent, you will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and direct labour.

• Coordinate daily activities, plant and materials to meet programme targets.

• Oversee civils works including drainage, earthworks, pipework and concrete structures.

• Deliver site briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with RAMS.

• Monitor workmanship, maintain site records and report progress to the management team.

Requirements

• Previous Foreman or Senior Foreman experience on civil engineering projects.

• Water or wastewater sector experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and practical knowledge of site delivery.

• SSSTS or SMSTS, relevant CSCS card and First Aid
