About the Role

Our client seeks a highly experienced Senior Forestry Officer to oversee and manage sustainable forestry operations within the Birmingham region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive forest management plans, including sustainable harvesting, reforestation, and conservation strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Forestry, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in forest management or a similar role.

• Experience with GIS software and forest inventory techniques is essential.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
