Senior Frontend Developer (Web3/dApp)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to craft exceptional user interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps) and web3 platforms. This role is key to translating complex blockchain functionalities into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work collaboratively with designers, backend engineers, and smart contract developers to build cutting-edge interfaces that interact seamlessly with blockchain protocols. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere, while being an integral part of our forward-thinking team based conceptually around Brighton and operating at the forefront of the Crypto & Blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement highly responsive and user-friendly interfaces for dApps using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Integrate frontend applications with blockchain networks using libraries like Web3.js or Ethers.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility across all devices.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience developing or integrating with Web3 applications and understanding of blockchain concepts.
• Familiarity with wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask) and smart contract interaction.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for building seamless user experiences.
