Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to enhance their user-facing applications in Southampton . You will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code, producing visual elements of the application that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks .
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of user interfaces to ensure a seamless experience.
• Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to establishing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development .
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for responsive design.
