About the Role
Our client, a dynamic digital agency based in Southampton , is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer to enhance their creative and technical teams. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web interfaces for a diverse range of client projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will work collaboratively with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional digital products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs and user flows.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code adhering to best practices .
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React , Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
