Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and optimize them for performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development .
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Parcel) and version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces, ideally with experience working in the Edinburgh tech scene.
