Senior Full Stack Developer - FinTech

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to their innovative FinTech platform in Leeds . You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying features across both the front-end and back-end of their applications, ensuring a seamless and robust user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications across the full stack, from user interface to backend services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Implement robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer .
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages and frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
