About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet ambitious organizational targets, focusing on major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grant applications.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with a portfolio of major donors, ensuring consistent engagement and maximizing their philanthropic potential.
• Identify and develop new funding streams and income generation opportunities, conducting research and developing compelling proposals.
• Lead on the planning and implementation of significant fundraising campaigns and events, leveraging digital and remote engagement tools.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in charity fundraising, with a strong track record in securing major gifts and corporate funding.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans.
