About the Role

This role is critical to maintaining the exceptional standards of our world-class golf course. You will lead a team of groundskeepers, manage all aspects of course maintenance, turf management, irrigation, and pest control. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the golf course maintenance team, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive turfgrass management program.
• Manage irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water use and optimal course conditions.
• Control pests, diseases, and weeds using integrated pest management strategies.
• Maintain and manage the groundskeeping equipment fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of turfgrass science, agronomy, and irrigation systems.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation for course maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in turf management are highly desirable.
