About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team based in Aberdeen, Scotland . This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and marketing collateral for a range of exciting projects. You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives, working collaboratively with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute original design concepts for digital and print media, including branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and social media content.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging solutions that meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead and mentor junior design staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative design environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual output.

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in a senior graphic design role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work, particularly in branding and digital marketing.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with web design principles and UI/UX considerations is a plus.
