About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic creative team based in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and brand presence across all platforms, from digital campaigns to print materials. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, and print publications.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and delivering high-quality assets.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure design excellence.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our client's visual output.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and execute them effectively across various media.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior role, with a track record of leading design initiatives.
