About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations, and website assets.

• Collaborate closely with marketing managers and content strategists to define visual needs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Lead the design process from initial brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Maintain and update design templates and asset libraries for easy access by the team.
• Proactively research and implement new design techniques and technologies relevant to remote work and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles as they apply to web and digital design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
